- Orders value below Rs 1299:- Flat rate of Rs 50 applies on all orders under Rs 1299. Delivery within 5 to 7 business days can be expected.
Expedited Shipping:-
- Any Order value:- Flat rate of INR 100. Expedited delivery within 2 to 3 business days can be expected.
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping:-
- Standard international shipping rates apply, calculated based on the weight of your order and destination. Delivery times vary by country but generally range from 10-21 business days.
Express International Shipping:-
- For faster delivery, choose our international express option. Rates vary based on destination and package weight, with delivery typically within 5-10 business days.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, such as holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once order is placed. delivery address cannot be changed.
Signature Requirement
To ensure the safe delivery of your jewelry, some orders may require a OTP upon receipt. If no one is available to provide OTP, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
